After a thorough review of the farm and its protocols, we provided a detailed assessment of the farm’s current operation including recommendations for moving forward. We developed production planning models in collaboration with the culinary team to meet their specific needs. We also provided training and mentorship to the farm management team on key topics such as how to create crop planning models, standardizing production space and operating tools/equipment.
