Background

Tadd Petersen founded Harvest Design Co and has been working as the primary consultant since 2016. Recognizing the growing importance of a sustainable food system, he has worked with landowners, real estate developers, institutions, leaders in the private industry, and non-profits to help build successful farming operations, agrihood spaces, food hub models, agritourism events, and business strategies that promote an alternative local food economy. With well over a decade of experience in both regenerative farming, property development and culinary programming, he brings a reliable and realistic perspective that focuses on creating successful operations that will have a long-lasting impact on communities. He is supported by a team that has the same dedication and commitment to building a sustainable food system and works diligently to meet and exceed the expectation of every client.
