Our work for this project includes crop production models, infrastructure assessment and repair, the development of an aggregation/distribution model that focuses on partnering with local farms within the community, and the expansion of the culinary events program. A five year projection model was provided to help define the financial goals of the project with measurable KPI’s to help monitor its success. The growth of this project will have a true impact on its community and provide its members a reliable source for fresh, local food.
